FOR RURAL AREAS, SMALL CITIES OR SMALL URBANIZED AREAS HAVING USDOT/FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE:

Any person or group protected by Title VI who believes they have been discriminated against with regard to the delivery of public or specialized transportation services may file a signed written complaint with the Office of Transportation Delivery of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet within 180 days of the date of the alleged discrimination.
